Orders are currently being shipped within 3- 5  business days of when they were placed.
Business days are Monday – Friday and do not include weekends, national holidays or bank holidays.

Final delivery is in the hands of the shipping carrier you select at checkout, with orders shipping within the northeast typically arriving 1 – 3 business days after they are shipped and orders shipping to the west coast typically arriving 3 – 6 business days after they are shipped. USPS, UPS and FedEx have advised that they cannot currently guarantee delivery dates, so Economy Candy in turn cannot make any guarantees about when your order will be delivered. While we have seen that all three carriers are operating on a close to normal schedule, periodic delays should still be expected. Your patience and understanding is appreciated by all!

All bulk items are packaged together, unless otherwise noted or requested. For example, if you order 2 pounds of Gummy Bears and 1 pound of Gummy Worms you’ll receive one 2 pound bag of Gummy Bears and one 1 pound bag of Gummy Worms.

You will have the option to add reusable, recyclable cold packaging to your order as part of the checkout process. There is no guarantee items will not melt or be otherwise affected by extreme temperatures or rough handling in transit. This is a risk you, the customer, assume when you place an order. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions, items 5-7, for full policy details.

Yes! Economy Candy is open 7 days a week, 12pm – 5pm, for in store shopping. You can also place an order through our website for next day in store pick up. Orders placed online for in store pick up include a FREE Economy Candy Reusable Shopping Bag.

You will have the option to schedule a pick up as part of the checkout process up to 30 days in advance of the current day. Next day pick up is available for every day that Economy Candy is open. Orders placed for in store pick up include a FREE Economy Candy Reusable Shopping Bag. Please do not arrive early to your scheduled pick up and make sure to have your order number readily available when you arrive. You may be required to show a valid, government issued photo ID matching the name and billing address on your order at time of pick up. If a third party will be picking up your order on your behalf please email us with this information at help@economycandy.com. Please include your order number in the subject of your email. Economy Candy reserves the right to refuse releasing an order to any third party or any party not able to provide photo ID matching the name and billing address associated with the order. If you are not able to make it to your scheduled pick up time we will hold your order for 30 days past the originally scheduled pick up date. After 30 days your order will be considered abandoned and you may not be eligible for a refund.

We are not able to accommodate any dietary restrictions at this time for CandyCare Packs™ or customize CandyCare Packs™ in any way. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. If there are specific things you want (or don’t want) we recommend ordering those items individually.

Economy Candy is NOT a nut or allergen free environment. Items labeled as nut free and / or allergen free may come in contact with nuts or other allergens while in our facility. Please use caution and your best judgement when ordering and consuming all products. For packaged items please refer to the manufacturers website for a full list of ingredients and allergy warnings.

Shipping charges are based on the weight and destination of the package. You must enter a shipping address to see shipping options and prices.

Oh no! We’re sorry to hear your order is taking longer than expected to arrive. Economy Candy only has access to the same information that you do. If your order has been in transit for 15 days without being delivered send us an email at help@economycandy.com with your order number in the subject of your email and we will submit a lost package claim on your behalf.

Economy Candy cannot send out replacement orders or issue refunds until a claim is successfully settled with the shipping carrier and cannot submit claims for orders marked as ‘Delivered’ by the shipping carrier under any circumstances.

Oh no! We’re sorry to hear your order was damaged. Please email photos of all damaged items and packaging to help@economycandy.com with your order number in the subject of your email and we’ll submit a damage claim with the shipping carrier on your behalf. You must retain all damaged items and packaging for inspection, as required by the shipping carrier, until otherwise instructed by the shipping carrier or Economy Candy otherwise your claim may be denied.

Economy Candy cannot issue a refund until a claim is successfully settled with the shipping carrier.

Any changes to an existing order, including changes to a shipping address or a request to cancel an order, must be emailed to help@economycandy.com within 30 minutes of placing your order. Please include your order number in the subject of the email. There is no guarantee that we will be able to make changes to or cancel your order. If we are able to make the requested change or cancel your order you will receive an email confirmation of the change or cancelation. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of submitting your request then the changes have not or cannot been made. All canceled orders are subject to a restocking fee equal to 10% of the order total.

Please don’t! But if you must, you may cancel your order by emailing us at help@economycandy.com with your order number and request to cancel. All requests to cancel must be received within 30 minutes of placing your order. If we are able to cancel your order you will receive an email confirming. There is no guarantee your order will be able to be canceled. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of submitting your request then your order has not or cannot be canceled. All canceled orders are subject to a restocking fee equal to 10% of the order total.

When you place an order on www.economycandy.com your card is immediately charged for the full order amount. All orders are final sale and are nonrefundable. If an item is unexpectedly out of stock we may offer a replacement item or issue a refund for the missing item.

Received by Economy Candy means your order is confirmed! We have your order and it’s waiting to be put together.

Processing means your order has been reviewed. Once your order has been marked as processing it cannot be canceled under any circumstances.

Pending Customer Response means we need more information from you before we can complete your order. Look for an email from us letting you know what info we need and respond ASAP to prevent additional delays.

In The Works means your order is being put together and cannot be canceled under any circumstances.

Ready for Pick Up means your order is ready for your scheduled Curbside Pick Up.

Completed means your order has left Economy Candy and is on it’s way to you!

Canceled means either you contacted us to cancel your order or we were unable to get in touch with you about an update to your order and as a result your order was canceled. If your order has been canceled, the charge to you card has been voided.

Failed means your billing information could not be processed. Usually this is because of a type-o in either the billing address or credit card number entered. It happens to the best of us!

We CANNOT accept returns or exchanges on any products as regulated by the FDA.

Economy Candy must be made of aware of any damages to a package within 24 hours of when the package was delivered via email at help@economycandy.com. A claim will then need to be opened with the shipping provider. DO NOT throw away damaged items or packaging as the shipping provider will require this for inspection. The process may take up to 4 weeks. There is NO guarantee the shipping provider will be able cover the damages or that a refund or replacement will be able to be issued.

ABSOLUTELY! We use secure encryption to ensure your credit card and personal information are secure.

Economy Candy is currently only able to ship within the USA.

Economy Candy offers wholesale prices to all of our customers when they buy in bulk (i.e. 5 pound bag, 24 count box, etc). You can see the bulk wholesale options in the BUYING OPTIONS drop down menu. If you don’t see a bulk option for an item that means the individual per piece price is already the wholesale price and we aren’t able to offer any additional discounts on that item. If you do believe you are eligible for an additional discount you may email us at help@economycandy.com.

If you are a tax exempt organization or reseller of candy, chocolate or toys you may submit a tax exempt form (ST-120 or 119.1) by responding to your order confirmation email with the appropriate, completed tax exempt form or by emailing the appropriate, completed tax exempt form to help@economycandy.com along with your order number. Once we have reviewed and approved your tax exemption we will refund the tax collected on your order and you’ll receive updated order details reflecting your tax exempt status.

Economy Candy cannot grant tax exemptions to organizations or businesses who do not submit proof of their tax exempt status.

We make every effort to keep our website up to date. If you are looking for an item that does not appear to be on our website it’s likely that we are either out of stock or no longer carry that item. You can always double check an items availability by emailing us at help@economycandy.com.
