ORDER TRACKING

Orders typically ship 3 – 5 business days after they are placed. Business days are Monday – Friday and do not include federal holidays.
During the warm weather months (May – September) orders may be held for longer so that they are shipped at the beginning of the week to reduce the time spent in a USPS, UPS or FedEx shipping warehouse, which are typically not ventilated.

To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the "Track" button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.

 

Order Statuses Explained

Received by Economy Candy means your order is confirmed! We have your order and it’s waiting to be put together.

Processing means your order is being reviewed and cannot be canceled under any circumstances.

Pending Customer Response means we need more information from you before we can complete your order. Look for an email from us letting you know what info we need and respond ASAP to prevent additional delays.

In The Works means your order is being put together and cannot be canceled under any circumstances. If your order is for store pick up, it will be ready for pick up at the time scheduled during checkout regardless of the marked order status.

Ready for Pick Up means your order is ready for your scheduled Store Pick Up. Please remember to have your order number readily available at time of pick up.

Completed means your order has left Economy Candy and is on its way to you!

Canceled / Refunded means either you contacted us to cancel your order within the cancelation window or we were unable to get in touch with you about an update to your order and as a result your order was canceled or we were unable to fill your order. If your order has been canceled, the charge to you card has been refunded.

Failed means your billing information could not be processed. Usually this is because of a type-o in either the billing address or credit card number entered. It happens to the best of us!
