If your order included Route Protection* you may be eligible for a refund or reshipment.
*Route Protection is third party insurance coverage purchased at checkout. Route protection can cover the replacement cost or issue a refund for damaged, spoiled or melted items and packages that have been lost or stolen in cases where Economy Candy and/or the shipping provider are not typically able to. Route is the sole arbiter of claims and the portal above is controlled and managed by Route. Economy Candy cannot issue refunds or replacements for any items that are damaged, spoiled or melted or for packages that are lost or stolen, as outline in our Terms & Conditions. All sales are final. Economy Candy CANNOT accept returns or exchanges on any products as regulated by the FDA.
